The MERKUR GROUP is actively committed to education and equal opportunities. The wide range of training opportunities within the group extends from traditional commercial and industrial/technical professions to dual study courses and the specialized training of our gambling machine specialists.

During their training, trainees are not only taught specialist knowledge, but are also encouraged to acquire interdisciplinary knowledge and practical skills. Among other things, this is achieved through interdisciplinary projects in which trainees from different professional groups work together.
