The competencies around MERKUR Enjoy the game are manifold: The company is internationally successful as a developer of gaming software, manufacturer of gaming machines, operator of casinos and gaming venues throughout Europe, and provider of sports betting. In addition, the Group is also active as an operator of casinos on cruise ships and as a provider in the online gaming sector. This makes the extensive range of games available at any time and any place.

Our Business Segments

MERKUR GAMES

The MERKUR GAMES division bundles the development, production and distribution of games and gaming machines in Germany and abroad as well as the development and marketing of online casino solutions and online games. The MERKUR GAMES division also includes the Cash Management and Financial Services business areas.

MERKUR OPERATIONS

The MERKUR OPERATIONS division comprises the operation of arcades in Germany and further European countries, the management of arcades and the provision and installation of gaming machines in the gastronomy industry.

MERKUR CASINOS

The MERKUR CASINOS division is responsible for the operation of casinos in Germany and for the operation of casinos on cruise ships.

MERKUR SPORTSBETTING

The MERKUR SPORTSBETTING division is responsible for the operation and marketing of land-based and online-based sports betting products in licensed markets.

MERKUR iGAMING

The MERKUR iGAMING division is dedicated to virtual machine gaming and the operation of online casinos in licensed markets.
