You explain games, act as a point of contact for any questions, and also take care of service tasks such as offering drinks. In addition, you install, inspect and carry out basic maintenance work. In this role, you combine technology, service and organisation with hands-on experience and a variety of tasks.

During your apprenticeship, you will gain in-depth knowledge of machines, legal principles, and service processes, as well as fundamental skills in electrical engineering and mechanics. Through close interaction with guests and your team, you actively contribute to ensuring that everyone feels well looked after and that operations run smoothly.

As a Cook, you prepare meals, manage stock and ensure smooth operations in the kitchen. You follow HACCP hygiene standards, contribute to menu planning and are also involved in events and catering.

As a Real Estate Specialist, you manage, lease and administer property portfolios. You coordinate service providers, support tenants and manage contracts. The apprenticeship provides you with knowledge of real estate management, legal principles, cost calculation and the use of property management software.
