In the kitchens at Schloss Benkhausen and the MERKUR casinos, fresh meals are prepared daily for the Schloss café “Die Rentei”, for conferences and for our casino guests. Chefs and pastry chefs (m/f/d) create a variety of dishes, supported by kitchen assistants and dishwashing staff who ensure preparation and smooth daily operations. This results in an exclusive culinary offering that professionally caters to a variety of requirements.

The reception is the central point of contact for our guests at Schloss Benkausen and MERKUR SPIELBANKEN. You will handle check-ins, answer enquiries, coordinate stays and provide information about our services. Through structured processes and reliable communication, you will ensure that guests are welcomed professionally and that conferences, events and overnight stays get off to a smooth start.
The Events and Conferences Coordination team organises seminars, conferences and special events both at Schloss Benkhausen and at our MERKUR SPIELBANKEN in Hanover and Dortmund. At Schloss Benkhausen, this includes coordinating wedding ceremonies. You plan venues, draw up schedules and liaise closely with the service team, the kitchen and guests. Through careful preparation and clear coordination, you ensure professionally organised events and a smooth running of proceedings.
Hospitality management professionals support the entire operation at Schloss Benkhausen – from reception and service to housekeeping and event support. You coordinate processes, look after guests and connect different areas of responsibility. Through structured organisation and reliable collaboration, you help create a pleasant guest experience throughout the entire stay.
