Individual Online Payment options

As an interface between payment providers and online merchants, the Euro Payment Group (shortly EPG), a subsidiary of the MERKUR GROUP, offers globally secure, certified and customizable online payment options. The EPG has been part of the MERKUR GROUP since 2014 and relocated its headquarters from Frankfurt am Main to the corporate headquarters in Espelkamp in 2022. On behalf of its clients, the EPG coordinates and authenticates all processes related to the integration of payment methods and the handling of payment transactions. Among others, it offers payments via Giropay, instant bank transfer, paysafecard, Neteller and Skrill.

The e-wallet paylado

A subsidiary of the EPG in Malta holds a license as an E-Money Institution (EMI), which has been available for use in several European Union states, including Germany, since mid-2019. Based on this license, the EPG, together with its partner company MERKUR SPORTWETTEN, introduced the e-wallet paylado to the market, allowing online businesses to offer their customers a convenient and practical payment option through an e-money account. Within the MERKUR GROUP, paylado is already being used in the area of sports betting and virtual slots .
