Your opportunity following on from your studies: a trainee or junior position
As a trainee, you will be made familiar with a wide range of different settings and interfaces. In contrast to conventional standard programmes, we focus on an individual and personal approach – because for us your development and your skills take priority. We have deliberately departed from fixed starting dates and processes and hire on a needs basis.

Another possibility is to join us in a junior position after completing your studies. You will learn about the workflows in our subsidiaries from the bottom up and apply your theoretical knowledge in practice. You’ll also support us in our day-to-day operations and tackle your own first projects – assuming more and more responsibility.

Just finished your apprenticeship?
In that case, you also have the chance of a career with us. We regularly offer new entry opportunities in a variety of positions and departments – for example, project assistant, secretarial or administrative tasks, in accounting or sales.
